Emily Dolan, FPQP®

Senior Registered Relationship Manager

Born and raised on a farm in rural Iowa, I grew up knowing the value of family and hard work. Saturday mornings my two sisters and brother were typically “forced” to castrate pigs, bail hay, walk beans or pick up rocks, depending on the season. Despite our complaints, we learned valuable life lessons in those hog buildings, driving the tractors and celebrating that last rock to be picked up in the corn field!

We were also a “sports” family and I played 4 sports in high school. I attended Winona State University, double majoring in Finance and Business Administration, while also playing basketball for the Warriors. I started my financial career with Wells Fargo’s Private Bank in Davenport Iowa and eventually took a leap of faith and moved to New York City. I loved the big city and the opportunities it provided but those farm roots are strong and eventually pulled us back to Chicago and then Minneapolis. I survived the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, working for their small investment management firm Neuberger Berman at the time, but that event taught me so much about the value of client relationships and trust. I value building and cultivating relationships with my clients and their families and help to provide confidence and support in all aspects of their life.

Outside of work, I am a mom of three children, Dylan (15), Will (13) and Lauren (11). Between school, sports and outside activities, they tend to keep my calendar filled. We love to travel and downhill ski as a family. I also enjoy my peloton, working out, reading and watching my children play the sports that they love.

As a team, it is our mission to enhance the quality of our clients’ lives and bring prosperity and blessings to those we serve. I believe in delivering personalized and proactive service for clients, while being a part of clients’ lives in times that truly matter.
