  • POSITION SUMMARY

    We’re hiring an Operations & Technology Associate to support and strengthen our growing back office. You’ll manage workflows, process client transactions, and provide technology support that keeps our firm running smoothly. This dual-function position supports both the operations and technology functions within our firm. You’ll partner with our team to ensure client workflows are efficient, systems and platforms are maintained, and technology issues are resolved promptly. Over time, this role may expand into broader technology initiatives such as workflow automation, systems integration, and information security as the firm’s needs evolve. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and be excited to wear multiple hats within a dynamic team.

    • Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2+ years’ experience in RIA, broker-dealer, or financial operations role.

    • Experience with custodians, transaction processing, and trading systems

    • Proficiency with:

      • Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, reporting)

      • SharePoint (site management, permissions, workflows)

      • CRM platforms (Wealthbox preferred; Salesforce or similar)

    • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, technology, or related field preferred

    • Series 65 license a plus

     

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    • Base Salary: $70,000, commensurate with experience

    • Bonus: Eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Operations:

    • Support client onboarding and account maintenance

    • Process client transactions (money movements, ACATs, wires, journals)

    • Assist with workflows, tasks, data collection, and CRM updates

    • Complete custodian paperwork and liaise with custodians to resolve issues

    • Generate and analyze reports for operations and compliance needs

    Trading:

    • Execute trades and rebalances (via Orion/Fusion or custodian platforms)

    • Conduct pre-trade checks, post-trade reconciliation, and resolve exceptions

    • Maintain trading accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance

    Technology & Systems 

    • Liaise with Managed Service Provider (MSP) for IT tickets and issues

    • Maintain the firm’s technology inventory (computers, printers, licenses, equipment)

    • Support and optimize SharePoint document storage and workflows

    • Administer and maintain CRM records, workflows, and reporting

    • Build and refine workflows across firm systems to improve efficiency

    • Provide troubleshooting support for technology issues
